As you scroll down you will see that I am running out of commentary.....But Not Photos!!

Isn't he Cute

If we continue to take so many phot0s of him, you will be able to watch him grow with time lapse photography

The Perks of Having A Bay

While there are a ton of perks of having a baby, one that you dont expect is the food and flowers that get delivered to you. Is that not the biggest Orchid that you have ever seen?

Until recently, I rarely took pictures; but with such a cute subject can you blame me?

Wake in the Fifth Generation Cradle - I

So this was the cradle in which my Grandfather on my Dad's side slept. Since then, my Dad, Brother, Nephew, Niece and I have all slept in this cradle. Now it's Wake's turn.

Beth's first post...partum

Hunter has been really good with keeping eveyone up to date with all of our photos. I have been out of commission for a bit. We do have a good looking boy, and we are not biased at all!! This whole experience has been a one and only for me. I had a perfect pregnancy and a delievery that was almost nothing but! I can't complain as i have a fabulous son here now whom makes my face light up thru the thick and thin...

Wakefield "Wake" Copley Freeman was born on July 24th 2009 at 7:53pm in Greenville, SC. He was 20 inches and 7lbs. 6oz. He has a little brown head fuzz and blue gray eyes for now. He is soft as cotton, hungry as a hog, and loving, loving and loving.

He had lots of family support coming into this world with people waiting for hours and hours out in the waiting room for him to get here. Perhaps one day that laboring and laboring and laboring some more of a story will be shared on here... He is one lucky little boy to have so much love. His Nana and his Aunt C are here fighting over who gets to hold him, when! Life is hard!!! He has had so many loving family members come see him and help his momma out. His momma loves his nanna for all that she has done! Moms are the bestest. Maybe I will be the bestest one day!!!

Well, I wanted to give an update. Will keep up as often as i can. We love you Wake!!!

Four days til due date

Patience, or the little that I had, is wearing thin. I know that I am not even to my "offical" due date as of yet, which is July 27th, but the end seems like it will never end. My body really is feeling the effects of being an incubator. The discomfort paired with my anxiousness to hold this baby are enough to drive one mad! And, you want to keep busy and distract yourself from thinking about when the moment will arrive but there really is only so much you can do in one day to not completely wear yourself out. Everyone says rest as much as possible. And, since i don't sleep well at night from the discomfort of lying down too long, I must nap in the day. I have stopped working now so at least I am lucky enough to have time to do that. Then, there are all the friends and family that are also anxiously waiting.....but, Wake will come when Wake wants to come.

Hunter's mom recently passed onto us some of the clothes that he wore when he was little. They also brought us a craddle that has been used all the way back to Hunter's grandfather when he was a baby. It was very cute to see some of the little sweaters and overalls that Hunter wore! I can't wait to put some of them on Wake. Until then, my cat Diego is our model. He is sporting one of the little outfits. I think he sort of looks like a cat out of a fairy tale book! He really didn't mind being dressed up. He loves his mom!

Another doctors appointment tomorrow morning. Not that I will learn anything then, but I'll keep everyone up to date. Wish and hope for me that the big day comes SOON!!!!
